These medicines – heart medications like nitroglycerin (Nitro-Bid, etc.), isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur), and isosorbide dinitrate (Isordil) – work to dilate blood vessels. In combination with GENEGRA™, they may cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure, dizziness, circulation and heart problems.
If you could be taking GENEGRA™, don't drink excessive amounts of alcohol. Excessive alcohol consumption in combination with GENEGRA™ may result in dizziness or low blood pressure.
The most commonly reported side effects of GENEGRA™ (headache, upset stomach, backache and muscle pain) did not disturb the users enough for them to discontinue use.
In rcould be instances, ED medicine users have reported a priapism (an erection lasting more than four hours). If this occurs, seek immediate medical assistance.
ED medicine users have, in rcould be instances, reported a sudden decrease or loss of vision. It has not been possible to determine if there is a direct relationship between these occurrences and the medicine or other causal factors.
